I decided I was going to switch up my makeup look this summer. I was in a makeup rut, wing liner gets boring after awhile. I picked up this lovely blue eyeliner. Click down below to see the staying power it has on my oily skin.
What it promises:
What it is:
A dynamic eyeliner pencil in a rainbow of shades.
What it does:
Glide on color that stays put for the duration of your non-stop, on-the-go day! These cushiony, creamy eye pencils deliver powerful, vibrant color that slides on smooth and stays soft and creamy for blending (about 30 seconds), then dries to a long-lasting finish that won’t budge. Line eyes with a hint of color or go for the full artistic, multi-hued effect. Truly inspired, these pencils go all day and all night.
What it is formulated WITHOUT:
What else you need to know:
Created with 50 percent moisturizing ingredients suspended in a sophisticated waterproof formula, this brilliant collection of eye essentials offers long-lasting color and a dreamy, creamy feel when applied.
What I found:
Like I said I was in a makeup rut and needed to switch things up a bit.
I really do like the look of blue liner on my waterline, I feel like it makes my eyes pop. The shade of this liner is a bright blue, not neon but noticeable enough on my skin that it is blue. It’s a blue with a tinge of green to it.
I honestly really do love this liner when I keep it sharp I can easily use this to line my top lashes and create a winged look that will last all day.
Side note: If you’re feeling a little patriotic this weekend( July 4th) You can do this blue eyeliner for your red white and blue look! I plan to!!

Verdict: I fully 100% recommend this eyeliner. It’s a lovely color, cruelty free and super long lasting. With that being said to me spending $20 on an eyeliner is super expensive. I only did that because I had a gift card and a 15% coupon.
