Lush ButterBall bath bomb

I decided to celebrate surviving my Fall 2012 semester in College. I got a few bath bombs and a lotion.

I decided to pick this one up because of it’s claim to moisturize the skin. The $4.95 price tag doesn’t hurt either.

Most bath bombs can be broken in half to stretch. I decided I didn’t feel like breaking it in half, I wanted to get the full affect of this bath bomb.

This bomb didn’t change the color of my bath water nor did it have bubbles. It also doesn’t claim to do those things so I was okay with it. It did have little coca chunks that floated around which can be used by rubbing into the skin. The bath felt super moisturizing. I loved it. When I got out and was done, it did leave a feeling on my skin. Almost like a layer of something. I’m not sure how to describe it. It wasn’t a grimy feeling, but my skin felt moisturized.

It has a light smell but nothing too strong. I love using this one in combination of a bubble bar. This doesn’t clash with the scent of bubble bars. I suggest combining Ma Bar, which gives you a warm smelling bath. I also like combining it with The Comforter which is a sweeter scent.

VERDICT: For $4.95 I think it’s worth it, even using it all in one go. I will definitely repurchase it and have already done so! I recommend reading a book and a glass of wine to relax as you enjoy this bath! Can be bought in lush stores and online at
