If you don’t want to read a sad post I suggest you don’t read this. That’s your warning.
Today is the last day of National Suicide Prevention week. I guess I should have done this post when I first found out, but it wasn’t exactly on my mind. A cousin of mine on Sunday committed suicide. He was 26 years old and had a loving family; his life seemed to be all smiles and laughs. We all know just what we see on the outside isn’t the same as what’s happening in others minds. I’m writing this post not to write about his life, I am writing this to say there is nothing that bad in life that you need to take your life.
Please watch yourself, and your friends when they are drinking. Do not let anyone near a gun when they have had anything to drink, even if it’s one glass. There are always people either in your life or from the suicide prevention line to talk to. Talk to someone anyone. Just don’t do it. If you could see all that love you, I would hope that you would have changed you mind.
If you or anyone you know is thinking of suicide either talk to them or give them this number 1-800-273-8255, it’s the national suicide line. Please, Please, Please it’s not your only option.
