Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo Review, organix Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo Review, organix, sulfate free shampoo, organix shampoo

I tried an Organix shampoo and conditioner duo, Hydrating Macadamia Oil line, b
efore while on vacation. I only used it twice but I didn't like it. It left my hair squishy in spots. When I saw that CVS was selling minis of this shampoo and conditioner I decided to give Organix Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo  a try. Click down below to see if I liked this shampoo.

What it promises:

This rare formula has a centuries-old history of providing natural vitamin E and antioxidants while renewing your hair's cell structure, sealing in shine, and creating lush softness. A precious blend of Moroccan argan oil which instantly penetrates the hair shaft restoring shine and softness while strengthening. Derived from the southwest region of Morocco, argan oil protects from styling heat and UV damage while creating soft, seductive, silky perfection.

What I found:

My first thought when I tried this shampoo was it smelled like my boyfriend, more specifically it smells like axe. I do like the scent but at the same time I'm not sure if I want my hair to smell like axe.

I used this four times before I ran out. Twice after I taught swim lessons, and twice just when my hair needed to be washed.  After each time I used conditioner and my Argan oil on my ends. My hair felt fine.

After I washed my hair it felt clean, didn't feel squishy or gross. I really like this shampoo compared to the macadamia nut line.

Best part this is sulfate free which is something I really enjoy, prefer to use on my hair.

Did I notice a difference? Not really it felt like a run of the mill shampoo. Nothing damaging or weird feeling left in my hair, while at the same time I didn't feel like it did anything to my hair but clean it.

Pros:

  • Sulfate free
  • Can be found on sale often
  • Fairly inexpensive
  • Cleans my hair
  • Doesn't leave a heavy residue
  • No squishy feeling

Cons:

  • I had a meh feeling about this shampoo, I didn't really find anything wrong with it

Verdict: This is a nice sulfate free shampoo but it didn't wow me. Pass for me, but still good product. Can be found for around $7. Buy here
