Worth the Splurge? Lush's Ponche

lush, lush review, lush ponche, lush ponche review, lush body wash, lush shower gelI know what you're thinking 'Jeeze Meg, a little late.'  Oh well I want to put my two scents out there about this shower gel in hopes they bring it back next year, well technically this year. I picked this up while their christmas item bogoFree sale was going on. It still wasn't cheap they usually sell for about $9 for 3 oz of shower gel. That's expensive in my book.

This shower gel smells so good. I love using it whether it's morning or night, its a nice pick me up in the shower. My skin feels super clean after using this. I didn't feel that moisturized using this, but I didn't feel dry either. It lathered up really well so this will last you awhile. I've been using this a little before January every time I shower and it's barely below the wrapper. Like I said a little goes a long way when you use a shower sponge.

  • Smells amazing
  • A little goes a long way
  • Cruelty free
  • Vegan Safe.
  • Pricey
VERIDCT: If you haven't bought this yet, I'm pretty sure it's sold out. Hopefully they will bring this back as a retro item, or bring it back next christmas. I hope they do! I know I'll buy it again! The 3oz sells $10. Repurchase definitely!

A E-Naturalne's Face Serum Review

I was approached by  to test out my choice of product. I knew winter was coming so I looked through what they have to offer to look for something moisturizing. I pick this one out- Face Serum with Noni extract, hydromeni and Avocado oil.  I know how great avocado is for the skin and knew I wanted to try this out!

A little bit about this company is that it's based in poland, everything is natural products. They send you the parts of the product where you have to mix it all together. I was hesitant about this because I was nervous about messing up. But they have directions online for each product and everything is already perfectly measured. I wish the directions for it also came in the package but it's easy to look it up online.  For the product I picked all I had to do is add water, mix it the ingredients sent and I was done. There are more complicated recipes for different products on their site. They also sell oils, Shea butter, and a bunch of other natural items that can be used to make face and body items.

When I mixed this cream I added one product in at a time. It is much easier to mix it. The cream base is where you mix all the items into which is just big enough to fit the cream when it's finished so be careful when you mix.

My Serum is white cream. It has a light scent, I'm not sure what to call the scent because it's not chemically, not fruit, and not floral. It's not unpleasant either. The scent fades as soon as you apply it to your skin.  Doesn't feel much like a serum, more like a heavy cream. I like this a lot.

A E-Naturalne's Face Serum, e-naturalne,

Lately I've been breaking out due to different foundations I was using. I am happy to say this did not break me out. It helped keep my skin moisturized in this cold winter months of December and January. This has a shelf like of 6months after you mix it. I know I'll be finish by then. I apply it at night and it keeps my skin happy.

  • Moisturizing
  • Amazing night cream
  • Doesn't break me out
  • Scent does not bother my nose nor does it linger.
  • Took longer than I would like to get the product but I can work around that.
  • It does have a scent, but like I said the scent doesn't bother me
  • It can be difficult sometimes to mix your own products, novel idea though.
VERIDCT: My skin has been very happy with me since I started using this in December. I would recommend if you are looking for a natural product to try this moisturizer out. Sells for 5euro which is about $7. You can buy it here.

This was sent to me for review from E-Naturalne.

Lumene Vitamin C+ Illuminating Anti-Age BB Cream in Light Swatches and Review

Lumene Vitamin C+ Illuminating Anti-Age BB Cream,Lumene BB Cream in Light, Lumene BB Cream swatch, Lumene BB Cream, Lumene BB Cream review, Lumene BB Cream
Lumene BB cream Left unblended right blended
I bought this from Walgreens about two weeks ago when they were having the bogoFREE sale for Lumene products. See a pattern here growing? It's those bogoFREE sales that get me all the time. I decided to take the risk and buy two of them since I never tried any of their other products either. Also Walgreens does not carry the night creme I wanted to try.

I have had quite a few bad experiences with BB creams, American, British, and Asian bb creams included.  My expectations for this bb cream was extremely low. If I didn't like the coverage and it didn't break me out I was going to use it as a base before my foundation.

Here's the 6 benefits it promises:
 Spf 20
Lumene Vitamin C+ Illuminating Anti-Age BB Cream, Lumene BB Cream in Light, Lumene BB Cream swatch, Lumene BB Cream, Lumene BB Cream review, Lumene BB Cream
Lumene BB cream in Light
- Delays the signs of aging
- Brightens
 - Hydrates
 - Covers imperfections
 - Evens skin tone

These claims seem to be a lot more reasonable compared to other brands who claim up to 9 benefits.

Now here's what I thought about this bb cream, I LOVE it! Here's why; It gives almost medium coverage. It makes my old acne spots disappear. It blurs my imperfections. It covers what I need it to cover. If I have an unfortunate blemish it covers it a little. If I put a little dot of concealer just makes it completely disappear.

This is semi thick. Which I like, a lot. As you are rubbing it in with your fingers it blends smoothly into the skin. It does seem pretty dark for a light color, no need to worry. It does not turn me orange. It actually blends perfectly into my skin. This doesn't break out my skin.

I can say with confidence that this does not break my skin out because if I use a product that doesn't agree with my skin the very next day a few blemishes pop up on my chin and forehead. No blemishes in site after using this for two weeks.

My only problem is that this does fade after about 4 hours. I can live with this because if I do a powder touch up it still gives me the coverage I want. I can live with that. I like to wear this when I'm running a quick errand or on my short class days. I evern worn it on a long class day and just did a powder touch up.

With setting powder, no concealer added.

One thing I can not comment on if I notice any anti-aging benefits. I have only been using it for about two weeks now. I also show no signs of aging. Other than that I do complete agree that they deliver on all the claims they say.

  • Gives almost medium coverage.
  • Moisturizes skin
  • Blends in beautifully
  • Does not leave an orange tint
  • No lingering scent
  • Not greasy
  • Does not break me out
  • Even Skin tone
  • Pricey, $15
  • Only lasts at most 5hours without touch up of powder.

Set with powder

VERDICT: Even if it doesn't last all day, only a touch up of new powder is needed. It does not break me out, and gives me almost medium coverage when I apply it with my fingers. It is pricey about $15. I suggest waiting for sales to make it cheaper. Thank god I got this on a bogoFREE sale. Look out for those sales at walgreens. I absolutely recommend this to everyone who wants a good coverage BB cream without breaking the bank. Can be found at CVS, Ulta and Walgreens.

Garnier's BB cream

I have had to mention Garnier's B.B. cream at least a dozen times. Yet I have not made a review for it. I figured I might as well put my two scents in on this product.

I bought this as soon as it came out back in January? February? I can't remember what month exactly. I have severe acne at that point and I was trying to find an quick and easy fix for it when I was rushing around in the morning.

Well I don't have pictures of when I tried that out. It didn't cover anything. Made my skin look worse by making it an orange-y color. So I through it to the back of my makeup collection.

Back in June after a stint on Accutane my severe acne just cleared up. So I decided to give this whirl again. It still gave me an orange-y tint. Which is fun since at the point in June I had a nice tan going and wasn't so fair.

In the swatch you can tell what a tan tint it has. I'm not sure if anyone else had this problem. Or was it just me? If you ladies did please let me know.

  • Gave a dewy look
  • Felt light on the skin
  • Moisturized my skin
  • Turned my skin orange.
  • No coverage
  • Super floral scent. Too strong
  • Did not blur imperfections
  • Pores were the same. Did not hide them.
  • Can get greasy if not set.
I may have not applied it the best way but I applied this with my fingers, and set it with powder.

VERDICT: I did not like this at all. It did nothing for my skin. I bought the light/medium and it till looked orange on me. The floral scent was just too much. Pass. You can find this at most drugstores, ulta, target and walmart. $10 -14. Depending if there's a sale or where you buy it.

Lush Twilight bath bomb review

As you know a month ago I rewarded myself to lush for surviving the fall semester without exploding. I picked up the twilight bath bomb after the lovely sales associate suggested to me. It was one of the few products I picked up that the scent didn't bother me.

I was told that this bath bomb is super relaxing. It is because of the lavender in it. I was also told that if I break it in half I could get to uses out of it. So I put in a little baggie and lightly hit it was a hammer and it crumbled into little pieces. The outside shell is a lovely blue color, while on the inside it's pink/purple shade.

I started out only putting half the ball into my bath, but from lack of fragrance and bubbles I just threw the other half in. I still didn't get a lot of bubbles but the smell was heavenly. It turned my bath tub a lovely shade of lilac, excuse my toes in this photo. It was such a relaxing bath to drink wine and read.

VERDICT: Will I be repurchasing this, it didn't give a lot of bubbles but it was super relaxing. I suggest drinking wine and reading a book while using this bath bomb. Sells at lush stores online and in-store for $6.25.

Organix awapuhi ginger Mask Review

I bought this back in the beginning of December when Walgreens was having a bogoFREE organix sale. I mean come on how can you turn down a bogoFREE sale. I can't.

I got this because of the promise to restore dry damage hair, and it has keratin in it. I decided to start with the masks because I've heard good things about them, and a lot of other beauty bloggers have complained about how drying their shampoos feel.
This stuff smells AMAZING! Yum! I loved the scent. The tub is pretty big at least ten uses. The product is a light pink in color. The mask is on the lighter side, felt more like a conditioner than a mask.

I actually had to use quite a bit to feel like it sunk in my hair. The first time I used it I left it in for about 6 or 7 minutes.  ( two songs worth, I can't shower without music. I've gotta have some music for my singing) I didn't add my usual argan oil after my shower because I wanted to see how moisturized my hair felt. While my hair air dried my ends felt like straw.

At first I thought it was because I didn't use my hair oil. The next time I showered I used this mask again, but after I got out I did add the oil. My ends didn't dry like straw again but still was dry and knotted a bit. I didn't like that. I decided to give it one more go. I didn't use shampoo just dampened my hair, threw on a cap and soaked in the tub for an hour. Washed it out. No hair oil again my ends were straw.  SO not using this again!

  • Smells AMAZING!
  • Get a lot of product for price
  • felt like a conditioner not a mask
  • Hair was knotted and felt like straw after use.

VERDICT: It's such a disappointment that this dried out my hair. It smelled so good, and I read a few rave reviews. This dried out my damaged ends. It felt like a conditioner not a mask. This is a skip. Sells for about $8 can be found at your local drugstores, ulta, walmart and target.

One 'n Only Argan Oil Moisture Repair Shampoo review

It's now 2013. It's finally time to make those changes to make that new better you version of yourself you always wanted to be. Am I right? Of course I am! We're all the same in that thought where this will be my year. It's the same every year. Why don't we start off with a change in our hair care? To have healthier hair.

I started using this shampoo back in November as the colder weather started to settle and I could really feel how damaged my hair is. Yes I know bleaching your hair from red to blonde leaves your hair a little less to be desired. Working in chlorinated water 4 times a week doesn't help the matter a bit. In a nutshell my hair is extremely dry, and damged. It hates me right now.

What I did to get my hair to like me again was switch to a sulfate-free shampoo. I first started to use Evercreme but that was just too heavy for my hair. I then tried this and haven't looked back since.

I use this at least 3 times a week. Even after shampooing my hair has a conditioned feel in the shower, even before I use a hair mask - (I don't normally use regular conditioner in the shower, I use hair masks instead). I noticed a difference in the feel of my hair right away. It felt clean, yet not dried out. I got a nice lather for it being sulfate and phosphate free. The bottle lasts me a few months. I only just recently bought another bottle.  It also smells wonderful. It's got a warm vanilla, rose scent to it. It's hard to put my finger on how it exactly smells. But I love it, people constantly tell me how great my hair smells.

  • sulfate-free, phosphate-free and paraben free, which is always a plus.
  • Hair feels clean
  • hair feels soft
  • Hair is manageable after use
  • Great lather
  • I notice a difference in my hair within a week.
  • A bit pricey, $10 for 12oz.
VERDICT: I'm in love, and I can't see myself looking for a new shampoo for a long time. It treats my dry and damaged hair so well. I would recommend this to all, even if you have oily hair. It's a great shampoo! Already repurchased. $10  You can find this at your local Sally's.

Maybelline's Whisper Lipsticks

I like every other beauty blogger have a problem. 'My name is Meg and I must try every new product.I wondered my way into CVS to grab cough drops  for my mom, poor thing is sick. Of course I had to walk by the new makeup displays. The Maybelline whisper lipsticks where just whispering to me 'Buy me, buy me!' ( See what I did there? haha. no? okay-_-)

I was excited to try these because I heard they were better than the lip butters, which I found too heavy. I had regular lipsticks lighter than those. I only picked up one shade to try it. Shade 25 Lust for Blush.

This lipstick is super light. Nothing I've used before. It takes a few swipes to build some color. It doesn't last long at all. Maybe 3 hours on with no eating. It doesn't even last after light snacking, or drinking water from a straw! I was disappointed about that. BUT no where does it boost about long wear, so I can't get mad.

I am pleasantly surprised about the color payoff I get from this. Much more than I thought I would. It glides on so smoothly, like silk. I only noticed a scent when I stuck my nose right in it, but not on my lips.

VERDICT: Would I buy anymore? No. Do I like these, yes but I prefer a long wear from lipsticks. The weight of the lipsticks on my lips never bothered me. Would I suggest these to others? Maybe, it's gimmicky yes, but you can easily applies without a mirror. Great for quick reapplying while out! Even though I may not want to buy any more of these personally doesn't mean others wont love these. They have amazing color payoff for such a light formula! Can be found anywhere from $5 to $7. Can be found at your local drugstores, ulta, target, and walmart.

Back to School Makeup

I f you are not lucky like me then you're Spring semester starts sometime this week, or last week. I do not return to college until January 22nd. I still have time to go, lucky for me! I wanted to do a post to give you an easy idea to be able to do your makeup super quickly before school but still look put together.

In this look  All I used was my current favorite foundation Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse. I set with their matching face powder.

Step 1: After you prime your eyes just sweep the lid with a light shimmery shade. I used Sin, but it could be any light shimmery color.

Step 2 I then took my elf liquid liner(Or you could use a gel liner as well) to line a thin line as close as possible to my lashes.  I then swept a line from my bottom lashes up. Then you connect the tip to your lash line by drawing down, and across to create your cat eyes.

Step 3 Line your water line from the outer corner until it hits your pupil. If you lined your waterline all the way it makes your eyes appear smaller.

Step 4 Apply mascara. I used Maybelline's Cat eyes mascara since I did a cat eye look.

Step 5 I applied a little blush to my cheeks, NYX Pinched.  Adding blush helps wakes up the face.

These are the products I used for this look. It's a simple and easy five minute makeup look to do. You still look polished going back to school but in half the time verses doing a full makeup look. Smokey eyes just take to long to do in the morning before school. At least for me since I do have 8ams this semester :(

Good luck to everyone going back to school! Wether you have school, or work I know this is a polished look that is the quickest to get done.

Neutrogena Hand Cream The Norwegian Formula review

I've been using this hand cream for about a month now. I recived it to review as part of an Bzzagent campaign. I'm sure you ladies are tired of me saying this. I know, I know 'Jeeze Meg we get it, you teach swim lessons, and is in a chlorinated pool all the time. We get it. Stop saying it'  I swear I don't keep repeating it because I like to hear myself speak, well I do but that's totally beside the point I'm making. In a nut shell I have dry skin. Everywhere. It's also winter which doesn't help any of our skin issues.

Where does this hand creme play apart?  My nails would peal, and I had a few hangnails here and there before using this. I've been using this for a few weeks now and I instantly saw results. My hands felt moisturized instantly. By day 3 my hands where smooth and didn't hurt when I washed my hands. By week two my hands were soft and no more hangnails or peeling nails.

Not only do I have dry hands, I also have really dry legs. Because I'm in chlorinated water, and shave my legs a few times a week. I saw what am amazing job this hand creme is doing for my hands. I decided on a leap of faith that I would see if this could help my poor dry legs. They've been so dry lately when I put on a body butter or body oil on my skin either burns or itches. I applied this to my legs, no burning or itching! Thank goodness too! I've noticed improvement in the health of the skin on my legs.

Now how is the actual creme itself? I have a sample of both the fragrance-free, and the original one for myself. The rest I gave away to others. Both cremes are identical except one is fragrance-free. Both are a semi-thick white creme. It rubs easily into the skin of my hands and legs. It does not leave a white cast behind. It does however leave a lotion feel behind. I personally like that because it feels like my hands are getting the moisture it needs. I do know some people aren't a fan of that.

I can finally start posting more nails of the day looks! I was so embarrassed over the start of my hands I didn't really want to take pictures of them. I had a few nasty cuticle rips.

VERDICT: I will be repurchasing this for myself to use on my hands and legs, and feet! It's such a steal because it's so affordable AND it's sold in the drugstores so you can catch a deal too! This works better than my higher end lotions for more than half the price! This hand creme is multi-purpose and a keeper! Sells for around $5 can be found all over the place such as your local drugstores, walmart, target, I even saw it in my super market!

I received this as part of a bzzagent campaign for review. Bzzagent is this awesome site that runs different campaigns through the year looking for testers. In return you have to do a little word of mouth advertising to others. You can score more bzzpoints by posting about it on your blog, twitter and facebook.

December 2012 Empties

I know that it's pretty late in January, the 12th. But I wanted to get my favorites of 2012 series out of the way first. I actually used up quite a few products in December.

I used up a few condtioners up to make way for trying new things in the year.

I finally used up the last of my UD face setting spray. I liked it a lot and I am planning to splurge on it soon.
I liked the UD Curling mascara, but I don't think I will repurchase this one. Just not enough volume for me.

I used up two more eyeliners this month. December has been the month of cat eyes for me.

What products did you use up in December?

My Favorites of 2012: New Products of 2012 edition

This is the last post in the serious. Then I can get on with my normal blog posts of makeup, and hair reviews. Tutorials, and Fashion bits.

Maybelline's Whisper Lipsticks. Are these lipsticks? I'm not sure what they are called but these are great lipsticks for wearing to parties or bars. You can apply without a mirror. They give pretty good color too. I'm still iffy on the consistency it's a bit more oily than gel like. Small in size so they can fit in small wristlets.

Maybelline's Baby Lips Everyone has an opinion on these bad boys. I love them. The clear and the red only. Great to bring with me to school. Moisturzing. Smells nice. The Cherry gives nice sheer color.

Eos Alice inspire lipspheres in Sweet Vanilla nonsense. I got mine back in August I think? I loved this  set ever since. This is my favorite in the trio. I always have on in my bag. How can you not love the packaging for this. Little micky on the side, come on it's cute!

Maybelline's Cat Eyes Mascara. I know in another review I stated I wasn't a big fan of this. I have changed my mind. I've been using it still - (I don't want it to go to waste, even if it's not my favorite) - I think it grew on me. It gives amazing volume, lacks length but I layer with this mascara.

I know most of my new products favorites are Maybelline products, and I seem a little bias. Well I love this brand and these products are my favorite from 2012. Maybe next year Rimmel will become my favorite.

What are your favorite new products of 2012? Do we share any? I hope you liked this series as much as I had fun putting it together.

My Favorites of 2012: Face Skin Care edition

These are the products I love using on my face. After my acne did finally clear up with the help of a dermatologist, which I won't be featuring the products I was prescribed.

I have been using the Olay's original face lotion for years. My mom always had me moisturizing since I was little.  I was using this on my face back when Olay was called Oil of Olay. Which I do find myself calling it from time to time. It's a great, non greasy moisturizer. It sinks into the skin quickly. I think the fact that you constantly hear me mentioning it, and I've been using it for as long as I have speaks for itself.

Queen Helene's Pomegranate and Raspberry face scrub is amazing. It has these small little scrubbers that are plentiful and just rough enough to make your face feel clean. It doesn't irritate my skin, or hurt it. I use it once or twice a week at night.

Neutrogena Acne Stress control power face wash I won the acne stress line last year during a giveaway. I since then have repeatedly re-bought this face wash. I find it works great. My face always feels clean afterwards.

Neutrogena Alcohol-free toner. I use this to tone my face. It doesn't irritate my skin like most toners, and I find it helps get the last bit of left over makeup out of my pores that face wash can't get to.

Target's brand acne lotion It's a great knockoff and a day lotion that I use. It's heavy so only use a little. Seriously a quarter of a pump is enough to cover the face.

What face products to you ladies love and use? Do we share any favorite products?

My Favorites of 2012: Perfume Edition

These are my most worn, and favorite perfumes not just in 2012 some are older and I've been using them since 2010.

Wonderstruck by Taylor Swift has become a fast favorite. I got a gift set last christmas for my Birthday. I've loved it since. I normal just wear this perfume in the fall/winter. Or nights in the spring. This is a sweet smell. Not sugary sweet, but vanilla sweet. I smell a slight berry scent. But no floral under-notes that I can smell.

Victoria Secrets Pink Beach I always wear just one scent all summer. Usually I get a new one, just like this year. I always get a body spray since they do wear off and I don't want to over power anyone in the heat of summer. The reason I only wear one scent is because when I smell this scent I think of that summer. My friends say the same thing about a scent. They smell it and then we end up talking about a memory of a time I wore this scent. This scent smells of summer to me. I smell that beach, berry and sunscreen. Odd combination. Not just odd but downright weird combination. It all blends together to give you the essence of summer. I swear.

Dolce and Gabbana's Rose the one. It's my favorite sexy scent. I only wear this in the fall/winter/sometimes spring at night. It's a heavy scent. It does have a hint of rose but it's not over powering. I love it. I wear this for special occasions.

Versace's Bright Crystal is a favorite of mine if you can't tell by how empty it is. This is my spring, beginning of summer scent. Sometimes I might wear it in the winter, but only as a pick me up. It's a floral scent that reminds me of spring and the warming months. It's a sweet floral with a hint of fun. If that makes sense.

These are my favorites of 2012. What perfumes did you find yourself wear? Am I the only one that uses perfume as a way to associate times with?

My Favorites of 2012: Nails edition

Through out 2012 these polishes are my most used. I use both drugstore, and high end polishes. I'm not picky on who makes it. I pay attention on how it wears. What color is it. Is it big 4 free.

I went through, and am still going through a sea green/mint green love affair. I love this color, I wear it all year round. Even during the coldest months.

I also love flakie top coats. They add a bit of fun to boring dark polishes.

Another must have is my fast dry top coats. My favorite is Rush which dries polishes completely in 5 to 10minutes. It came be found at Sally's.

I love glittery pinks, and perfect red polishes. Pretty pink glitters are great when I'm feeling girly. I love the true red polishes because they make me feel vampy, and classy.

I only picked one salon effects to show. This is my favorite brand of nail stickers. Works the best in my opinion and I get great wear from them too!

I also have been indulging in my love for holo polishes. I have a few of the hits holos. SO worth the splurge for these.

Another color I've been wearing a lot is purple. I love it, it's my favorite color! I especially love lighter purple colors.

What colors and polishes do you ladies find yourselves reaching for? What's your favorite color?

My favorites of 2012: Hair edition

I have put my poor hair through so much change and damaged this year. I've had red and blonde hair. Then bleach blonde hair from red hair.  Lavender hair. Grey hair, and finally it faded back to blonde again. I occasionally blow dry it or curl it. I'm in a chlorinated pool at least 4 days a week. To say my hair is damaged is an understatement.
Here is what I use to keep myself from going bald!

I like using Suave conditioner in Green Apple purely for the scent. I add this in right before I leave the shower, and wash out quickly with cool water. It gives my hair a fresh apple scent all day. Not moisturizing enough to use alone.

TRESemme thermal creations I love this heat protector line. It works great! I actually sometimes combine the two when I blow dry my hair then straighten, or curl it.

Aussie Hair Insurance Spray I love this stuff. I spray it in my wet hair before I comb it. I feel like this helps keep my hair healthy. I wouldn't say it's a super help but it keeps it from getting worse. Also works as a detangler.  Doesn't wear my hair down.

Generic Value Brand Volumzing Root Lifter you can buy this at Sally's it's supposed to be a knock off of Matrix's root lifter. I've never tried the real deal, but this works for me. Gives my hair extra oomf. Even works great with day or two day old hair.

One 'n Only Argon Oil Shampoo I am seriously in love with this shampoo. It's a bit pricey at $9 but works wonders on dry and damaged hair. Sulfate-free!

One 'n Only Argon Oil Restorative Mask I've been using this for years. An amazing hair mask that always leave your hair super soft. I use it a twice a week.

One 'n Only Argon Oil Hair Oil if you haven't noticed my super damaged and bleached hair feels manageable when I use this brand. I do have to say an extremely small amount goes a long way. I can only use this on wet hair, or then my hair is greasy if used on dry hair. I do love this stuff.

Generic Value Brand Purple Shampoo I needed a purple shampoo to knock out the yellow/orange tones from my hair. I use this either once a week or once every other week. It is drying so definitely use a mask afterwards. It does its job and refreshes your blonde color.

These are my most love hair products of 2012. What do you ladies love to use? We share any favorites? Happy New Years! I hope this year is the best for you ladies!!
